Few weeks ago I went to a 2011 SF Street Food Festival preview dinner hosted by La Cocina. La Cocina is San Francisco’s first incubator kitchen. This shared kitchen incubator assists low-income entrepreneurs (primarily women in communities of color) launch food-based businesses and access market opportunities.
